A dynamic opportunity is available for a highly organised, proactive, and creatively minded Marketing & Events Coordinator to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment based in Cape Town.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a collaborative team, and has a genuine passion for marketing, content, communications, and event coordination.
The successful candidate will support both marketing output and event delivery, while also playing an important role in managing digital content, newsletters, supplier coordination, and client service support.
What the role will involve:
Managing and scheduling content across social media platforms
Coordinating newsletters and digital communications
Supporting LinkedIn content and brand presence
Maintaining content calendars and reporting on engagement
Assisting with print production and branded merchandise
Preparing meeting notes, reports, proposals, and presentations
Coordinating suppliers, quotes, logistics, and event delivery
Supporting website updates and online community engagement
What we’re looking for:
2–5 years’ experience in marketing, events, communications, or a coordination role
Strong written communication skills
Experience managing social media and email campaigns
Excellent planning, admin, and organisational ability
Confidence working across multiple deadlines and priorities
Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
A detail-oriented, solutions-driven, team-focused approach
Experience with supplier coordination and event logistics
Good understanding of LinkedIn and B2B content best practice
Added advantage:
WordPress experience
Mailchimp, HubSpot, or CRM exposure
Basic graphic design ability
Interest in international business networks, partnerships, or trade-focused communities
