What you will be doing:
Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Designing and selling customized travel itineraries based on individual needs, budgets, and preferences.
Providing expert advice on destinations, visas, and travel insurance.
Identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and promote preferred travel partners.
Maintaining accurate client records on internal systems.
Managing customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Keeping up to date with travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
What we are looking for:
At least 1 years’ experience in a sales and target-driven role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability.
Confidence working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Experience using reservation systems.
Amadeus experience will be an advantage but is not essential.
A genuine passion for travel and a good knowledge of popular destinations.
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays on a roster basis, in line with retail travel requirements.
