We are looking for a professional, hands-on Facilities Manager who knows how to keep a building operating at an exceptional standard while creating an environment that feels polished, prepared, and always one step ahead.

It is for someone who can confidently manage the building, lead a support team, engage daily with professional on-site stakeholders, welcome and host international clients, and step in when something needs action. Whether it is overseeing maintenance, ensuring the team is ready for the day ahead, understanding what matters to clients before they arrive, or being the person who stays calm in an emergency, this role requires someone who is both strategic and operational.

What you will be trusted with:
Managing the day-to-day operations of a high-functioning site in Sandton
Leading and coordinating a support team to maintain exceptional workplace standards
Engaging daily with on-site professionals and hosting international client visitors
Handling at least 10 client visits per week with confidence and professionalism
Overseeing maintenance, soft services, housekeeping, building presentation, and vendor delivery
Responding to emergencies and being present on site when needed
Rolling up your sleeves when required, including practical building-related tasks
Using good judgement, initiative, and confidence to solve issues quickly and effectively
Driving high standards across service delivery, workplace readiness, and stakeholder experience
Working occasional after-hours when operational needs require it
