Our client is looking for a HR Officer to manage recruitment, HR advisory services and industrial relations while ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation. This role suits an organised, detail-oriented HR professional with good IR and reporting capability.
Key Responsibilities
Full end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
Support managers with performance reviews, probation, absenteeism and HR policy guidance.
Provide first-line support on disciplinary and grievance matters; assist with investigations and hearings.
Maintain HR reports, personnel files and compliance documentation.
Support HR projects and organisational processes.
Requirements
BCom HR Management or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years HR experience.
Solid knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EE, OHSA and IR procedures.
Strong communication, conflict-resolution and organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work under pressure.
