Key Responsibilities:
Support the full recruitment cycle and on-boarding process.
Assist management with HR advisory, performance, and employee relations matters.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and compliance documentation.
Participate in HR projects and help improve HR systems and processes.
Promote fair, consistent, and positive people practices across the organisation.
Requirements:
Tertiary 3 year qualification in Human Resources (or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years’ HR generalist experience.
Good knowledge of the LRA, BCEA, EE, SDL, OHSA, and MIBCO.
Good communication in English & Afrikaans, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
