HR–Recruitment Generalist

InovaArch is looking for a driven HR–Recruitment Generalist to support a growing South African operation.

This full-time, office-based position suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a balance of strategic HR and hands-on recruitment. You’ll work closely with leadership to deliver a seamless employee experience — from attracting and on-boarding top talent to fostering engagement, performance, and compliance.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding

  • Maintain HR documentation and systems accuracy

  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation

  • Provide HR support to teams and managers

  • Contribute to engagement and culture-building initiatives

You bring:

✔ 3–5 years’ experience in an HR or HR–Recruitment role

✔ Solid knowledge of South African labour law

✔ Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail

✔ A proactive mindset and passion for people

Preferred experience

✔ Experience within a BPO, contact center, or fast-paced service environment.
✔ Exposure to UK labour practices or client HR liaison is advantageous.
